Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department care for a travel assignment in Morristown, NJ. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care across a variety of age groups, utilizing critical assessment and clinical skills, within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Perform thorough and accurate patient assessments from Pediatric to Geriatric stages
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills in delivering patient care and supporting the care team
• Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation, focusing on patient progress and education
• Respond professionally to patients, families, and coworkers to foster patient-centered care
• Consistently adhere to safety guidelines and use proper equipment and body mechanics
• Individualize patient care according to surgical procedures and assess patient understanding
• Prioritize and direct patient care to meet evolving needs
• Support patient education and complete necessary pre-admission assessments

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• 1-year experience in Critical Care, Cardiac, or Emergency Department
• RN License - Required
• BLS - Required
• ACLS - Required
• PALS - Required for pediatric ER
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
