RV Service Technician

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems. Install and upgrade accessories and components. Collaborate with service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty repairs. Track materials and equipment used. Deliver pre‑delivery inspections and walk‑through demonstrations for customers. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an RV service technician. Expertise in RV construction, systems, and components. Proficient in diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of RV systems. Able to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Professional appearance and commitment to customer service. Adherence to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus. Valid driver’s license with no suspensions for at least 3 years. Must pass background and drug screen. Working Conditions Work primarily in the service shop with extended periods of standing, walking, and bending. May need to lift or move heavy equipment or objects. Navigate tight spaces and heights. Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals, with safety precautions in place.
