Quick Facts: Location: Stevens Point, WI Start Date: 08/06/2026 Duration: Multiple dates in Sept-Nov 2026 Shift: 8-hour clinic shifts; 24-hour hospital call Hours/Week: 40 hours/week on clinic days; 24-hour call coverage Employment Type: Contract/Locum Licensure/Certs: ACT 10 acceptable, licensed in WI or bordering states Experience: 2+ years OB/GYN clinical experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $150/hour for orientation; competitive hourly pay for assignment Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout assignment What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including routine annual exams, pessaries, and women’s health consultations Participate in 24-hour call rotations, including deliveries (~12-20/month) and inpatient management Review labs, answer inbasket messages, and serve as a resource for nursing staff Collaborate with midwives and other healthcare providers to ensure quality patient outcomes Use electronic health record EPIC for documentation and coordination What You Need: WI medical license or eligibility Certification in OB/GYN (MD or DO) 2+ years of OB/GYN experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage 24-hour call schedule and clinic responsibilities About the Assignment: This opportunity is at a reputable facility in Stevens Point, WI, offering a blend of clinic and hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology services.
