Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technician for our Plumbing and Water Treatment Division
• Perform water heater maintenance and flushing services
• Complete reverse osmosis (R.O.) filter changes and maintenance
• Conduct plumbing and water treatment system inspections
• Perform basic water testing and educate customers on results
• Deliver water softener salt and maintain customer equipment
• Complete rebed tank swaps and related maintenance services
• Ensure customer equipment is operating properly and identify potential concerns
• Generate opportunities for our service and sales teams when needed
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit

Skills and Experience We Are Looking For:
• No plumbing experience required - we will train the right candidate
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working around water and mechanical equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
• Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing and water treatment industry
