Pay: $20-$21/hour (based on experience)

Hours : Tuesday-Saturday | 7am-3:30pm OR 11:30am-8pm

Job Description:

The Call Center Agent serves as a primary point of contact for customers regarding deliveries, pickups, order status updates, scheduling requests, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a customer-first mindset while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules while providing timely updates and estimated arrival information.
• Assist customers with shipment inquiries, service requests, disputes, and claims.
• Process customer orders and facilitate payment transactions through company-approved systems.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and customer information within internal databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Deliver professional, courteous service while managing a high-volume workload.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of call center experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, collections, fraud prevention, call centers, or similar customer-focused roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a large volume of customer interactions daily.
• Ability to remain organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other computer-based systems.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to engage customers and build rapport.
