If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic prioritiesRequired Skill and Experience• Experience in Payments domain – Wire payments or ACH payments or Zelle/P2P payments and ISO / SWIFT messages and the like. Experience in Payments domain in any of Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, TCH etc. and/or SWIFT messages.• Experience in working on ISO 20022 formats Experience creating product features and user stories. Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes• Experience in Card authorization, clearing, and settlement, working on Dispute management, Statements and cards servicing.Preferred Skill and Experience Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes• Analytical, planning and Co-ordination skills• Experience and desire to work in a domain consulting environment that may require travel.• Experience with functional design, architecture of the solution and product configuration for an implementation.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
