Audit Senior Associate

Job Description I am working with a very well-known CPA firm in the area to find them their next Sr. Audit Associate . They are known for their outstanding firm culture, growth opportunities, & benefits! The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years audit experience with a public firm, including leading engagement teams, currently holds a CPA or in process of obtaining, able to review past and present work, make needed corrections or recommendations, and is able to research complex audit issues.

Sr. Audit Associate Functions:
- Lead audit projects as well as the client audit teams
- Conduct audits of financial statements, reviews and compilations as well as involvement with corporate and individual tax returns in multiple industry sectors.
- Community involved with an outgoing personality
- Develop new client relationships while fostering existing contacts
- Be a positive mentor and hands-on leader and continue the advancement of the firm
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA Certification (Preferred)
- 2-4 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm
- Understanding of FASB, GAAP, & OCBOA
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Caseware and or McGladrey is a plus!
