Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Pediatrician to provide newborn nursery coverage at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest in Houston, Texas. Join a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based newborn care and exceptional support to families.

Our physicians and advanced practice providers work together to support hospital-based newborn nursery services, providing comprehensive care for infants from birth through discharge. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Pediatrician who enjoys caring for newborns and collaborating with obstetric, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
• Provide newborn nursery coverage and medical care for infants in the hospital setting
• Perform newborn physical examinations, assessments, and routine screenings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common newborn conditions prior to discharge
• Provide neonatal stabilization as needed
• Collaborate with obstetric providers, nursing staff, and hospital teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Communicate effectively with families regarding newborn health, treatment plans, and discharge education
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and clinical guidelines

Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification in Pediatrics
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered newborn care
