Job Description Data Analysis Manager – Richmond, Virginia Lead a team of junior analysts and drive current and future strategy by leveraging analytical skills to create a superior customer experience. Work with large, complex data sets, collaborate across business units, and contribute to all phases of projects while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Key Responsibilities Drive current and future strategy by leveraging your analytical skills. Assist with building and using models to test and validate data. Work with vast amounts of data in new and evolving environments. Be a part of growing and developing the brand in new and emerging markets. Leverage analytics to create a customer experience above peers. Lead a team of junior analysts, mentoring and elevating their careers. Be part of the full life cycle of projects and see end results. Collaborate across business units. Work with top talent in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where analytics and good data are a top priority. Mine data to arrive at specific and crucial information for the organization. Identify and implement process, data, and reporting improvements. Work with large and complex databases containing millions to billions of records. Improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Conduct analysis to evaluate processes and tests. Extract and analyze data to gauge product offerings. Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems. Develop and implement strategic tests of products, initiatives, and marketing materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field AND 6 years of experience in data analytics. Or a master’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in the same fields AND 4 years of experience in data analytics. 4 years of programming experience. Must pass the company assessment. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of the Richmond, Virginia office.
