Join Methodist Home for Children as a Foster Care Licensing Specialist and play a vital role in supporting families and ensuring every child has a chance at a brighter future. What You’ll Do: Guide families through the foster care licensing process in compliance with NC laws and MHC policies. Train and support foster parents , tracking progress and ensuring continued compliance. Recruit, screen, and consult with potential foster homes to ensure the best placements for children. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the overall success of the Foster Care Services team. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field. 2+ years post‑graduate experience in foster care licensing, program implementation, training, or related services.
