Who we are: We are a well-established, reputable IT provider with locations and clientele across the country. We are currently seeking to add a Sales Engineer to our team of professionals in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The position that we are hiring for will be responsible for sales throughout the Southwestern United States (AZ, NV, UT, NM, CA) but must reside in the Phoenix area as that is where most of our customers for this position are located.
Core Responsibilities
- Technical Discovery & Scoping: Conduct pre-sales technical assessments and requirements gathering for prospective and existing enterprise clients.
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end IT solutions & technical proposals tailored to client infrastructure requirements.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and product/service demonstrations to key client stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
- Relationships : Maintain, build, and foster new relationships with partners and new customers in assigned areas
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Structure: Base salary plus commission.

- Paid Time Off: Paid sick time starts immediately; paid vacation is available after one year of employment.
- Travel: A company vehicle is provided for local travel within the Phoenix area. Occasional travel is also required to territories mentioned above.
This position will require the incumbent to work out of their home office as well as in the field.
