Exciting Opportunity for Surgical Professionals!

Job Description:


- Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00)
- Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics
- Minimum Experience: 1 year; First timers are accepted
- Certifications Required: BLS

General Skills and Work Setting:
- Main OR for General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, Colorectal
- Circulate and Scrub experience required
- Ratio / Census: 16 Rooms with an average daily census of 35
- Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, 2 Da Vinci XI Robots
- Scrub Color: Provided by facility

Scheduling and Availability:
- Maximum RTO: 7 days
- RTO Blackout Dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
- Weekends: Average 2-3 weekends per 8-week schedule; either in-house or on-call
- Call Requirements: 7-8 calls in an 8-week schedule; includes weekend call

Holiday Expectations:
- Work required on major holidays if they fall during assignment
- Major Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Compliance and Onboarding:
- Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant, a push back of 2 weeks may occur
- Candidate pre-screening conducted by clinical team

Candidate Requirements:
- RN Licensure: GA or Compact license required at submission
- Experience in procedures such as:
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair
- Anterior Cervical Fusion
- Colon resection
- Robotic surgeries in Orthopedics, Neurology, Urology, and more
