Campaign Project Manager

$75k - $80k

Feeding San Diego

Company Description

Feeding San Diego is a non-profit organization on a mission to connect every person facing hunger with nutritious meals by maximizing food rescue. Established in 2007, Feeding San Diego rescues surplus food from local and national food donors before it goes to waste and gets it to people facing hunger in San Diego County. It is the only Feeding America partner food bank in the region.

Feeding San Diego is dedicated to building a team that reflects the diverse county we serve, including those with varying backgrounds and life experiences. Applicants who strengthen our team through personal knowledge of poverty and food insecurity, as well as members of marginalized groups, are encouraged to apply.

Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a rare opportunity to help shape and execute a transformational campaign that will strengthen Feeding San Diego's impact for decades to come. The Campaign Manager will be the connective tissue that keeps the campaign organized, energized, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive project manager who thrives in a mission-driven environment and can keep a complex, high-stakes campaign moving forward with clarity and precision. • Prepare timely acknowledgments, impact updates, and personalized donor communications.
  • Track and manage stewardship activities to ensure consistent and meaningful donor follow-up.

Communications & Materials
  • Coordinate the development of campaign collateral, case statements, presentations, and donor materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign-related communications.
  • Support the creation of talking points, briefing documents, and follow-up materials for leadership and volunteers.
Event & Meeting Support
  • Assist with planning and executing campaign-related events, tours, materials/proposals and small-group gatherings.
  • Manage logistics, guest lists, and follow-up communications.
