Job Description At Precision MedicalBilling (PMB), we owe our success to the efficiency of our organizationalprocesses and our commitment to excellence in medical billing. As we continueto expand, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee dailyactivities, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence across thecompany. The ideal candidate will have a strategic business mindset and a proven track record of managing multipledepartments to maximize productivity. This individual will play a critical management role overseeing Human Resources (HR), Administration, InformationTechnology (IT), and Finance , ensuring that PMB’s operationalinfrastructure runs efficiently and supports the company’s long-term strategic goals under theguidance of senior leadership in a collaborative andtechnology-driven environment . This is a hybrid position based inHouston, Texas. While some duties may be performed remotely, candidates mustreside in the Houston area and be available to work onsite at our Houstonoffice as needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations,ensuring alignment across Finance, Technology, HR, and Administration. Develop and implement operationalstrategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Lead process improvement andsupport automation and technology adoption initiatives. Monitor and manage budgets,forecasts, and performance metrics to guide business decisions. Maintain consistent communicationwith managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain qualityassurance protocols to uphold operational excellence. Collaborate with executiveleadership to align operations with company goals and compliancestandards. Ensure compliance with companypolicies and industry regulations. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance,or a related field. 3+ years of experience inoperations management or a similar leadership role. Proven experience overseeing Finance,Technology, HR, and Administration functions. Strong leadership,problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Expertise in process improvement,budgeting, and data analysis. Excellent communication skillswith the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
