Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking a Travel RN in the Cardiac Cath Lab to provide specialized nursing care for cardiac procedures. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patient safety, and supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care for cardiac cath lab procedures, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any physiological changes during interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans.
• Document patient information, procedures, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about post-procedure care and expectations.
• Adhere to facility policies, including schedule rotation and holiday coverage requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in cardiac cath lab or related cardiology setting.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
