Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting the seamless flow of goods through our supply chain.

Duties

• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, locations, and movements
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods with forklifts and other equipment
• Maintain organized stocking areas by replenishing shelves and ensuring proper placement of products for easy access
• Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, completing documentation, and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries
• Conduct data entry related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking to ensure accuracy in ERP systems like Sage/MAS platforms
• Uphold safety standards by following proper procedures during warehouse operations and utilizing trade compliance knowledge for international shipments when applicable
• Must have current and clean Driver's License, for this position it will be mandatory, a daily delivery from warehouse to client's warehouse located only 1/4 of a mile, driving a 24' Flatbed Truck.

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities
• Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stock management and order accuracy
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
