The Opportunity

Icon Sales Team is seeking a driven, professionally-oriented Customer Sales Consultant to join our growing direct sales operation. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with backgrounds in hospitality, insurance, or customer engagement who are ready to channel their skills into a high-earning sales career with a defined growth path.

You will operate as a brand ambassador for nationally recognized telecommunications and entertainment clients, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This is a field-based position - you will own your territory, manage your day, and be rewarded in direct proportion to the results you produce.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Represent premium telecom and entertainment brands through direct, face-to-face customer engagement
• Build and manage a personal territory to consistently hit and exceed monthly targets
• Develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to each customer's needs
• Maintain detailed activity records and pipeline reporting
• Collaborate with team leadership to refine sales strategies and market approaches
• Mentor newer team members as you advance through the growth track

Qualifications & Background

• Bachelor's degree in any field (business, communications, marketing, or related preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform independently in a field environment
• Prior experience in insurance, hospitality management, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
• Coachable mindset - open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
• Professional presentation and strong verbal communication skills
• Candidates from the hospitality, restaurant management, or insurance industries consistently excel in this role. Your experience navigating client relationships and performance-driven environments is directly transferable.

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance-based compensation averaging $50,000–$60,000 annually ($1,000–$1,200/week)
• Uncapped earning potential, your income reflects your output directly
• Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Health benefits package 401(k) retirement plan - both benefits eligible after 90 days
• Structured advancement track with defined criteria and timelines
