Seasonal Forklift Driver

Forklift DriverThe Forklift Driver will safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to support warehouse operations, maintaining order and inventory integrity in accordance with established Tiffany & Co. care and handling guidelines. This role ensures secure handling of Tiffany & Co.'s assets while consistently meeting or exceeding productivity requirements based on business needs and metrics.Shift Requirement: Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM - 3:30PMKey Responsibilities:Operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage inventory and shipments.Maintain order and inventory integrity while following established care, handling, and asset security guidelines.Support outbound shipment processes by transporting cartons and pallets to staging areas, ensuring correct labeling and secure preparation for domestic and international transport.Assist with systematic shipping steps, processing, and inventory tracking as required by business needs.Consistently meet or exceed operational productivity requirements and safety standards.Adhere to all Tiffany & Co. operational standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines.Requirements:Valid Forklift certification needed.Proven experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment.Ability to maintain inventory integrity and follow strict asset security guidelines.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet or exceed productivity standards and metrics.Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with shipping and operations teams.Benefits & Perks:Generous Employee DiscountPay is $17.50 + OTReferral bonus up to $1000Flexible shift & position selectionCareer Development Opportunities
