ACC believes that our employees are our greatest assets.What does a Therapist at ACC do?Provide crisis intervention, individual, group, conjoint and family therapy.Carries a client caseload not to exceed the appropriate number set by the Program Coordinator.Works with people from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds in a treatment capacity.Assess, formulate and implement clinical assessments, treatment plans.Responsible for clinical case record-keeping for each case assigned, in compliance with funding source requirements and procedural policies.Attends regular clinical staff meetings and supervision for discussion of treatment of client cases.Participates in in-service programs and seminars to increase skill level and improve service delivery to clients.Maintain productivity of direct services at 60%.Complete Peer Reviews and work in collaboration with the Quality Department to ensure the standards of the agencyParticipates in 24 hours of Child Specific continuing education training per fiscal year, if applicable.What do we need from you?Individual must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or equivalent degree in a field related to mental health from an accredited college or university.Current registration to practice clinical work from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing is required (LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC/LLP/LP).Must have at least one year of experience in the field of mental health or human services.Completion of a background check.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Must be able to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications, and other office equipment.**Signing Bonus Available**Perks & Benefits:Guaranteed full-time pay – competitive salariesFull medical, dental, vision health benefits with low costs and deductiblesShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off (20 days a year)14.5 paid holidays (Your birthday is a paid day off)403(b) Retirement PlanBonus opportunities- longevity, quarterly productivity, sign on, employee referral #J-18808-Ljbffr America's Community Council
