Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' pain conditions to determine the most effective treatment strategies.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based guidelines in pain management.

Perform a variety of procedures, including injections, minimally invasive techniques, spinal cord stimulators, nerve blocks, and medication management, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care while maintaining clear communication regarding patient progress.

Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic health records that reflect patient treatment plans and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will provide care primarily to adult and senior patients, addressing a spectrum of chronic pain conditions. Your approach will recognize the unique ways in which different patients experience pain, requiring a compassionate and adaptable attitude. Through personalized care plans, you will significantly contribute to restoring functionality and improving the quality of life for your patients.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program with a Master's Degree.

Certification from a national certifying body such as ANCC or AANP.

Full prescriptive authority upon employment and eligibility for DEA registration within the state of Nevada.

A strong understanding of pain management principles and the ability to devise effective treatment solutions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and a diverse healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Experience in pain management or related clinical settings is highly desirable.

Proficiency in performing pain management procedures, including nerve blocks and injections, is preferred.

A background in utilizing advanced pain management technologies and approaches will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
