You will participate in process initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product qualityResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview of technical specificationsDevelop project inspection & test plansReview supplier procedures -Plan, schedule, facilitate pre-inspection meetings -Identify qualified inspectors through international inspection agenciesProvide inspection coordination between client and suppliersReview inspection reports -Manage supplier quality issuesParticipate in supplier qualifications & audits Including:Brainstorm solutions • Continuous improvement • Coordinate resolution • Cost improvement analysisQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalentWE VALUEExperience in Oil/Gas, Chemical, or Power Plant Projects5 years Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and/or Inspection experienceAWS CWI certificationExperience with ASME Section VIII, IX, B31.3, AWS D1.1 --Experience with pressure vessels and heat exchangersExperience with structural steel and piping fabricationAbility to work independentlyWillingness to learn new technologiesEagerness to get involved in hands-on workAbility to work on multiple projectsU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
