Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns – Remote Work

What you’ll do
- Optimize automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Proactively research data and trends to develop new strategies and technologies.
- Build and optimize prompt‑based mass messages.
- Lead human and AI‑based quality assurance systems to minimise errors in campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation for new projects and existing processes.
What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience with generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM‑based systems.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing.
- Intermediate or advanced SQL skills.
