Software Engineer I - Lifecycle Experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user interfaces using Vue.js for Adyen’s Lifecycle Experience products.
• Own frontend development through architecture, stakeholder communication, automated testing, iteration, and impact monitoring.
• Research solutions, create proofs of concept, and integrate internal, third-party, and external provider services.
• Improve platform robustness and scalability while contributing to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, data engineering, product, design, merchant, and cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Launch and iterate on functionality that supports onboarding for merchants and shoppers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the software development industry.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork and in-person communication skills.
• Ability to work in Adyen’s hybrid model from the Chicago office at least three days per week.
