• We are seeking a licensed plumber or an apprentice nearing 4,000 hours who enjoys residential service plumbing.
• We are a solution-based, optimistic, and friendly company who spends extra time up front getting to know potential new coworkers. We want you to enjoy your job and the people you work with!
• Candidate will be interviewed by company owner and service manager, and will meet the entire team during the interview process to ensure he or she will be a good fit to our culture.
• Candidate must be teachable, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and lean away from the "how it's always been done" mentality.
• Candidate must be personable and enjoy building relationships with repeat customers (the vast majority of our service work is for existing customers).
• Candidate must hold good apprentices in high esteem. We consider apprentices the future of our industry, so it is our responsibility to train them to become excellent plumbers.
• Candidate will be expected to work autonomously and demonstrate effective problem solving skills. There are often multiple ways of doing something correctly, and we do not micromanage!
• Candidate must have a valid Texas drivers license and good driving record.
• Licensed candidates must have a current pocket card and be in good standing with the TSBPE.
• Apprentice candidates must provide signed employer's certification form (ECF) verifying their hours.
