Job Title: Operations Consultant Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized professional to provide vital support in planning and executing corporate meetings and congress events. Our team relies on this position to ensure delivery of high-quality programs, with a focus on operational excellence and compliance across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and external congress events, with an emphasis on exhibit logistics and sponsorship deliverables. Coordinate timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent programs. Manage meeting and congress budgets, track expenses, and support budget forecasting activities. Partner with external agencies, venues, and suppliers to support logistics execution, service delivery, and sourcing activities for assigned programs. Required: Minimum 5–7 years of experience planning and executing corporate meetings, events, and/or medical congresses. Strong hands‑on experience with congress planning, exhibit logistics, sponsorship management, and external meeting operations. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
