## About the Role

We're a real estate acquisitions company looking for a dedicated, full-time caller — someone who treats this like a business, not just a billing contract. You'll call **licensed Real Estate Agents** (not homeowners) to uncover off-market deals and build deal flow for our team. You'll start part-time and transition into full-time as you ramp up.

## What You'll Do

* Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to real estate agents (lists are ready — you just call)
* Qualify agents and build relationships that lead to closed deals
* Log every call in GoHighLevel CRM — accurate notes, follow-ups, pipeline management
* Communicate in clear, professional English — US agents need to trust you from call one
* Hit 60–100 dials a day as a consistent daily standard, not a stretch goal

## What You Need

* Real outbound calling experience — B2B, real estate, or appointment setting
* A quiet workspace with stable internet and a noise-canceling headset
