ASCP Certified Medical Technologist ( MT / MLT ) Full-Time | Evening Shift | 5x8s * * Sign-On Bonus Eligible** MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Technologist to join our vibrant team in Indiana! - Conduct laboratory tests on specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Familiar with all areas in the lab, including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulations, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and a full Microbiology Department.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Analyze test results and report findings accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret data and provide clinical correlation.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Certification as MT (ASCP) MLS (ASCP) CM, or MT, AMT
- Indiana State License.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
