Project Manager - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.This role oversees the delivery of business-focused projects by managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will support the client's growth by executing strategic projects in areas such as electronic algorithmic trading, risk management, and regulatory reporting within the Fixed Income Derivatives business. Experience with scaled Agile delivery is required.Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesTranslate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate with IT, operations, or other departmentsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resourcesCommunicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executivesEnsure functional requirements are met through collaboration with subject matter experts and business analystsOversee testing, training, and change management activities related to project rolloutExecute strategic projects in areas such as electronic algorithmic trading, multi-dealer platforms, regulatory capital, market risk, counterparty credit risk, XVA, trade capture and derivative trade lifecycle, margin and collateral, regulatory reporting, and moreRequirements:10 years of experience managing functional or business-side projectsStrong knowledge of the Fixed Income Derivatives business, including Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, and hedging & funding products (e.g. Repo, Options, Futures, Treasury)Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirementsProficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JiraExperience with scaled Agile deliveryExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDesired Skills:PMP or similar project management certification is preferredPay range up to: $77.32 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
