Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)$55–$60/Hour Base + Bonus Compensation + $5,000–$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

That’s why we’ve built a modern, technology-driven practice where hygienists are respected, supported, and compensated at one of the highest levels in the area.

Our current hygienists earn $55–$60 per hour, plus additional bonus compensation , and we are offering a $5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients

• Educate patients about oral health and treatment recommendations

• Utilize modern digital technology and charting systems

• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive care

• Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and periodontal charting

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

• Active Pennsylvania dental hygiene license
