## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate TIG and MIG welding equipment to fabricate metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in fabrication.

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and client requirements.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.

• Assist in the training of new employees on welding techniques and safety procedures.

• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fabrication is a plus.

• Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding, with a strong portfolio of past work.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a fabrication environment.
