Summary: Commuting Distance to Orange Park/Middleburg/Fleming Island areas Full Time position $18-22 per hour + office bonus structure Duties/Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outbound calls including, social media and marketing inquiries Assess patient needs, schedule and confirm patient appointments Follow-up with patients pre and post appointment Manage patient expectations while communicating effectively Collaborate with front office personnel to find efficient ways to schedule Maintain patient attrition by being proactive Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or sales position Minimum of 1 year of dental experience Bi-lingual a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Employee/Office Bonus Opportunities Health & Vision Insurance Dental Care for you and your family 401k + Match Technology Advancements #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
