Primary Care Physician Assistant Opportunity

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.6 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Olympia Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource, supporting patient access across our Olympia Medical Center locations, including Olympia & West Olympia Medical Center. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population.

Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient with no call required.
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $141,127 to $166,032 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives

• Signing Bonus: New Hires are eligible to receive up to $23,000

Qualifications

• Required: Physician Assistant Degree
• Required: NCCPA Certified (PA-C)
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
