Job Summary:
Springfield, Pennsylvania The organization is seeking a licensed Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide patient evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy services in an outpatient setting. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care aligned with physician orders and organizational standards. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Position: Outpatient Physical Therapist

- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; 6 Months of Outpatient Clinical Experience; Valid and active license for the state of Pennsylvania
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient experience; successful completion of assignments with the organization or prior agencies (highly desired)
- Additional Information: The therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and ensure documentation compliance. The role includes participation in student programs and ongoing professional development, adhering to state practice acts and organizational performance initiatives.
