Our team helps seniors improve their mental and emotional well-being through compassionate, individualized care. We are seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with a Therapist or Psychiatric Practitioner to help residents navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment to long-term care, and other behavioral health concerns. Most services are provided within a designated facility, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients and become an important part of their support system. What You'll Do As a TBS Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve greater emotional stability, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services under the guidance of a licensed clinician. Assist in developing individualized service plans and treatment goals. Provide interventions focused on symptom management, daily living skills, and crisis prevention. Support residents as they adjust to life changes and long-term care environments. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Build positive, professional relationships with facility staff, families, and community partners. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality client care. What We're Looking For Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or human services experience OR Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Experience or training working with individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health conditions. Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel within an assigned service area. Ideal Candidates Have A passion for helping older adults. Empathy, patience, and strong listening skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team. A desire to grow professionally in the behavioral health field.
