Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.OverviewUpon successful completion of six months in the role, hybrid work eligibility may be granted.We're looking for someone comfortable in a high-volume HR Service Center, handling mission partner questions, resolving sensitive and complex issues by phone and case, and navigating multiple systems. This role requires strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Position SummaryServes as the first point of contact for all inquiries into Human Resources. Responds to routine HR inquiries from Mission Partners, Leaders and Mission Partners by phone and email. Resolve issues and determine the escalation path if necessary after triaging the request or issue. Intakes requests over the phone from Mission Partners and Leaders into a queue for processing.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Education:High School/GEDExperience:1-2 years of experience in Customer ServiceOther skills/knowledge:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.Preferred Qualifications:Associates Degree1-2 years of experience in Human ResourcesOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
