We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an employer-sponsored health clinic providing comprehensive primary and occupational health services. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment, annual wellness, and preventive physical examinations.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical guidelines and supervising physician protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive health screenings and wellness initiatives.
• Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Review and discuss patient cases with the Medical Director and client leadership as appropriate.
• Oversee employee respirator fit testing and hearing conservation programs performed by clinic staff.
• Deliver age-appropriate patient assessments and interventions.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic testing.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals through appropriate referrals.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Assist with general clinic operations and perform additional clinical duties as needed.
• Practice in accordance with established clinical protocols and professional ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or an Urgent Care setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DEA registration.
• Experience in occupational or employer-based healthcare.
