Motor Vehicle Processor
Large multi-rooftop automotive group looking for a responsible detail oriented motor vehicle processor to join our team. Applicants should have at least 1 year experience and must have fingerprints and background check already done.
Proficient computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Applicant will be responsible for 3 dealerships
- Process all new and used retail/lease deals for title and registration
- Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and ensure compliance with NJ state requirements
- Verify accuracy of all documents including titles, registrations, odometer statements
- Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with dealership and state requirements
- Handle corrections for rejected or returned paperwork
- Ensure all paperwork is processed within required deadlines
- Assemble inspection stickers to put with license plates and registrations
- Additional office duties when necessary
Qualifications:
- CDK knowledge
- Vitu processing knowledge
- Minimum 1 year experience in a dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of state title and registration regulations
- Ability to handle high volumes of paperwork and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be fingerprinted and have had background check done
