Key Responsibilities\nAs a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to ascertain patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges. \n
- Providing ongoing counseling services via telehealth platforms, utilizing best practices to engage effectively with clients in a virtual setting. \n
- Documenting all clinical information, including client histories, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and learnings about clients' psychosocial stressors, enhancing the overall quality of care. \n
- Educating clients and their families about available resources and community-based services that can support their treatment goals. \n
- Managing crises with sensitivity and expertise, particularly concerning issues related to substance abuse, domestic violence, childhood trauma, and other mental health challenges. \n
This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Understanding the cultural, socioeconomic, and environmental factors that affect mental health is crucial in this position. Your ability to relate with clients from various backgrounds, fostering trust and rapport through virtual interactions, will be pivotal in promoting positive therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:

- Current licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Oregon. \n
