Kitchen Substitute

Lakeview Food Service is looking for an occasional substitute to fill in as needed in the kitchen. On call basis. Assists in routine sanitation of the kitchen and related equipment, including washing all dishes and cleaning and maintaining food preparation and storage areas. Adheres to all district policies and procedures. Observes all safety precautions. Knowledge of storing of food items and supplies. Ability to lift/unload food, dishes, and supplies up to 30 pounds. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely. Good communications skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. The job's functions require occasional lifting (30 pounds maximum), carrying, pushing and/or pulling; and significant reaching, handling, speaking, hearing, and fine finger dexterity; frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Pay range between $15.94 and $18.00 depending on years of experience.
