Sr FP&A Analyst

Global FinTech/Crypto company is looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A to join a high-impact, AI-enabled finance team. This role offers broad exposure across the full spectrum of FP&A work: from building and maintaining financial models and supporting the annual planning cycle, to preparing materials for board presentations and partnering directly with business heads in regular performance reviews. You will contribute to strategic analyses, transaction support, investor relations, and ad-hoc projects that inform key decisions at the executive level. Responsibilities Preparing board presentations, investor materials, and executive-level reporting packages that translate financial data into clear, decision-ready narratives. Building and maintaining driver-based financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, scenario planning, and business performance evaluation. Supporting the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis against plan and prior periods. Partnering with business heads in regular performance reviews, providing analytical support that connects operational metrics to financial outcomes. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams across Operations, Product, Marketing, and Legal to align financial planning with business priorities and surface risks or opportunities early. Taking ownership of ad-hoc strategic analyses and special projects across deal finance, competitive intelligence, pricing, and other areas as business needs evolve. Identifying and implementing process improvements across FP&A workflows, including leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve speed, accuracy, and analytical depth. Working within Pigment and other planning and BI tools (Looker, Google Sheets) to maintain data integrity, build reports, and support ongoing enhancements to FP&A infrastructure. Staying current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments relevant to fintech, digital assets, and crypto-enabled financial services. Requirements 4-6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably at a fintech, technology, or financial services company. Investment Banking backgrounds will also be considered. Strong financial modeling skills with a track record of building driver-based, multi-scenario models and translating outputs into clear recommendations for non-finance audiences. Intellectual curiosity and genuine analytical instinct: comfort working with ambiguous problems, drawing sound conclusions from incomplete data, and communicating findings concisely to senior stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to executive and non-finance audiences and build effective working relationships across teams. Comfort and curiosity with AI tools: the team actively uses Claude Enterprise, Notion AI, and other productivity tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
