Resident Property Manager

Glacier West Self Storage is seeking a Resident Property Manager to fill a Full-Time Storage Position. We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Resident Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at our Glacier West Location in Granite Falls, WA. This position requires that you live on-site. Job Description Handles day-to-day operations of the facility. Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Performs daily site checks. Collecting and processing payments. Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance. Property inspections. Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site. Adhering to cleaning standards of the property. Use of power tools is required. Qualifications Employee must possess a valid driver’s license. Cleaning and maintenance experience. Ability to work independently without onsite supervision. Self-Storage experience is a significant plus. Competitive salary and bonuses. Vacation and sick time after 90 days. Growing company with advancement opportunities.
