We're hiring a CNC Mill Machinist to join a high-precision manufacturing team producing critical components for industries where accuracy isn't optional. This role is all about setup expertise, machining excellence, and craftsmanshipnot production button-pushing.

No advanced programming required. You'll work with proven programs, making smart offset adjustments and minor edits as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines

• Machine parts to tight blueprint tolerances

• Perform independent setups, tool changes, and changeovers

• Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and coolant for optimal performance

• Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections

• Work with precision measuring tools to ensure quality every step of the way

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following 5S standards

• Troubleshoot machining issues using your mechanical know-how

What We're Looking For

• 15 years of hands-on CNC milling experience

• Confidence running independent setups on 3-axis (or higher) mills

• Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T

• Experience using precision measuring instruments

• Mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Makino high-speed/precision mills or Nakamura multi-tasking machines

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls

• Forklift certification

• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision manufacturing

• Exposure to ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality systems
