Build a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom. Support children's learning, confidence, and social‑emotional growth. Observe and document children's progress. Partner with families and work collaboratively with a supportive team. Follow Head Start Performance Standards and program policies. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for educators who are passionate about early childhood! You may qualify if you have: A master’s degree in Education. A bachelor’s degree and are currently enrolled in a master’s degree program (Study Plan). New York State Teacher Certification (Birth–Grade 2 preferred). Experience working with preschool‑aged children. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Knowledge of early childhood best practices. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
