Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated School Psychologist for an immediate hire to support K–12 students in Florida school settings. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, compliant psychological reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs and 504 Plans
Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and families on academic and behavioral interventions
Support MTSS/RTI initiatives and data-driven decision-making
Participate in eligibility determination and manifestation determination meetings
Deliver crisis intervention, behavioral support, and counseling services as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Florida DOE, district, and federal guidelines
Promote positive school climate and student mental health initiatives

Qualifications

Master’s, Specialist (Ed.S), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Certification as a School Psychologist
or eligibility to obtain Florida certification
Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong knowledge of IDEA, IEPs, and Florida educational compliance standards
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work independently
