Machine Operator Position

$20/hr - $24/hr, weekly pay

Description:

• Reference work orders to set up production lines accurately for each product run.
• Lead the setup of production filling lines and operate equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Adjust machine settings and perform minor repairs as needed to achieve product specifications and meet quality standards.
• Document all production activities accurately in accordance with GMP requirements using Product History Records (PHRs).
• Inspect bottles placed on the line to ensure they meet quality requirements before filling.
• Monitor filling and packaging equipment to ensure it operates effectively and consistently.
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure correct fill levels and weights are maintained throughout the run.
• Communicate promptly with manufacturing leaders about any product that does not meet quality standards.
• Verify that all correct raw materials are used for each specific production run.
• Complete and submit all required documentation and production logs accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot issues on filling equipment to restore production quickly and efficiently.
• Follow all safety guidelines in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area at all times.
• Use hand and power tools safely for machine setup, adjustments, and light troubleshooting

Pay & Shift:

1st 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday

2nd 4:30pm-2:55am Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday

3rd 10:30pm-6:30am Monday-Friday- Will train on first shift for a few weeks

This is a Contract position based out of Gurnee, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
