Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, manage appointment scheduling, handle customer inquiries, and support the insurance team with administrative duties. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
