Director of Marketing for Colleges and Universities This role is responsible for strategic planning and acquisition of key colleges and universities, building relationships, and partnering with these institutions. The candidate will ensure alignment of business priorities, compile and analyze financial, competitive, and other relevant information about potential partners, and handle negotiations with national accounts and potential clients. The role involves guiding others in resolving complex issues based on existing solutions and procedures. Location: Ideal candidates will be based in Boston, New England, or New York. Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning and acquisition of key colleges and universities in the Northeast region. Aligning with regional leaders and bottlers on long-term asset acquisition strategies and business plans. Building strong relationships with senior school leaders through collaborative business planning, reinforcing Coca-Cola’s partnership commitments, student marketing, and sustainability initiatives. Collaborating on channel plans with category leads to leverage platforms on college campuses. Working with regional marketing to increase per capita sales and achieve annual business goals. Managing large system sponsorship investments and marketing expenses. Overseeing long-term partnerships (5-10 years) aimed at doubling sales revenue on campuses. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, beverages, or sports business. Experience in cross-functional teams and agency management. Strong analytics skills with the ability to derive insights from data. Strategic planning and forward-looking vision. Experience in marketing asset negotiation and execution, understanding the 'Path to Purchase' principles. Salary Range: $130,200 to $168,700.
