Your future role at a glance Location: Will float across various locations in the Austin, TX Metro area Department/Specialty: Emergency Department Nurse Staffing Schedule: Schedule: Night and Mids l PRN Pay: $60 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Deliverhigh-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols. Implementand continuouslymonitorpatient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders. Coordinateall aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team. Communicateand meticulouslyrecordall patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional requirements you'll need Minimum of two yearsof recent acute care nursing experience demonstrating clinical competency across diverse, high-acuity patient populations. Proven ability to successfully navigate and provide autonomous direct care in a multi-unit, float, or resource team environment.
