Rollenbeschreibung Als Senior Vice-President Operations bei YOUnited verantworten Sie die strategische und operative Steuerung aller laufenden Aktivitäten der Organisation. Sie koordinieren die Prozesse rund um die Bereitstellung und Verteilung medizinischer Essentials, überwachen Zielerreichung und Effizienz und stellen eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Teams sicher. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Weiterentwicklung operativer Standards, das Monitoring von Kennzahlen, die Priorisierung von Projekten sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Abläufen. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Geschäftsführung, Partnerorganisationen und relevanten Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Wirkung von YOUnited nachhaltig zu erhöhen. Die Position ist in Teilzeit angelegt und wird vollständig remote ausgeübt.

Qualifikationen
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Operations Management, inklusive Aufbau, Optimierung und Skalierung von Prozessen in dynamischen Organisationen.
- Kompetenz im P&L Management sowie im Umgang mit Budgets, Kennzahlen und finanzieller Steuerung zur Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Ressourcenplanung.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Bereich Customer Service und Stakeholder Management, um Bedürfnisse von Betroffenen, Partnern und Unterstützenden professionell zu adressieren.
- Erfahrung in Strategischer Planung und Projektmanagement, inklusive der Entwicklung von Roadmaps, Priorisierung von Initiativen und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projekte.
- Zusätzliche Qualifikationen wie Führungserfahrung in Non-Profit- oder Sozialprojekten, hohe soziale Kompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Arbeiten in digitalen Tools und Remote-Umgebungen sind von Vorteil.
