Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• School-based pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Background working with the K-12 age group
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the K-12 population
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals based on students’ educational needs
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
• Conduct screenings and monitor students’ responses to interventions
• Maintain accurate records, attend IEP meetings, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
